Privacy
What we collect, and what we don't.
Short, because there genuinely isn't much to describe.

The summary
- We don't ask you to create an account.
- We don't run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
- The Agency Stack Scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted to us.
- Analytics are aggregate and cookieless.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individuals, and does not track you across other sites. It tells us aggregate things — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from — and nothing that identifies you.
The Agency Stack Scorecard
The scorecard is client-side JavaScript. Your answers are processed in your own browser to produce the result on screen and are not sent to a server, stored by us, or shared. Close the tab and they're gone. There is no email requirement to see your result.
If you choose to email us your results to discuss them, that email is handled the same way as any other message — see below.
If you email [email protected], we hold that message and your address in order to reply. We don't add you to a mailing list from a support email, and we don't pass your address to anyone. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.
Affiliate links
When you click an affiliate link, the destination vendor may set a cookie to attribute a later signup. That cookie is set by them under their privacy policy, not ours, and we have no access to it or to anything it records about you. Our affiliate disclosure explains the commercial relationship.
Third parties in the page
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the font files. That is the only third-party asset request this site makes. If you'd prefer to avoid it, the site remains fully readable with fonts blocked.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests to serve the site and maintains standard server logs as part of that.
Your requests
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Given the above, in most cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing beyond an email thread you started.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
